Established as a building contractor in 1991 Vaughandale Construction Ltd have executed an extensive range of both refurbishment and new build contracts, priding ourselves on the wide range of operations undertaken. Gaining this valuable experience has enabled Vaughandale to run projects of a more specialist nature alongside the core business of traditional construction.

Vaughandale offer our clients a complete construction package. Our ‘in-house’ team of trained operatives cover a comprehensive range of trades, enabling us to deliver quality workmanship across the board. By executing the full range of traditional, and some specialist skills, we are able to reduce the number of independent Contractors on site, and provide clients with a single point of reference for most aspects of the project. We have developed core of both private and public sector clients throughout the East Midlands.

Through a commitment to a specialist projects, the team at Vaughandale have developed a comprehensive knowledge of modern building solutions, such as: External Insulation, Dry lining, Acoustic systems, Polymer render, Concrete repair and Anti Corrosive Coatings. Maintaining an active interest in progressive building solutions remains a key issue.

Vaughandale has been developed on a bedrock of skills and hard won experience; we have developed an understanding of the clients needs and priorities. We will endeavour to complete all contracts on program and within budget.
