Vaughandale Construction Ltd is committed to the training of both new and existing staff. We are committed to our formal training plan that is monitored vigorously.
All staff are subject to a Health and Safety induction, credentials are checked to ensure that they are qualified and competent to carry out the required tasks.
Operatives are encouraged to attend training courses, as to improve their skills and therefore the resources available to Vaughandale and our clients.
While we are keen to improve managerial skills and H&S awareness we also realise that tradesman are in short supply to the industry. We have a relationship with local colleges and construction skills, offering work placements to apprentices studying for NVQ qualification.
Vaughandale are committed to the ongoing development of their staff. All members of staff will be included within the ‘company training plan'. The plan is reviewed and targets set at the beginning of each calendar year. Subject to continual assessment, the plan aims to fulfil statutory obligations and the specific development of individuals wherever possible.
Examples of specific training will be supplied upon request.
