Noel Williams (Director)
Joined the Company in 1994, following higher education, to take up the role of contracts manager and surveyor. Having taken an active role in the development of the company Noel became a director in 1999. Noel currently manages the administration of the companies operations, overseeing estimating, surveying and accounts. Noel remains responsible for the companies development and takes an active role, ensuring compliance with industry developments and ever changing qualification criteria.

Darren Atkins (Contracts Director)
Joined the Company in 2004. With over twenty years of Industry experience behind him, and having previously established a bespoke joinery workshop, Darren has enhanced the contract management team and takes responsibility for the management of specific projects. Darren’s enthusiasm and ‘can do’ approach is evident throughout all of his projects, always willing to accept responsibility and impress the same principals upon the site team.

Christopher Stendall (Senior Estimator)
Joined the Company in 2006. With over 40 years of industry experience Chris originally trained and qualified as a quantity surveyor. The extensive experience that Chris gained in both surveying and contracts management roles has enabled him to fully develop his estimating skills. Chris brings a detailed understanding and application of industry standards to all of his work. This was an essential attribute when he worked in the role of senior estimator overseeing the preparation of tenders for large capital projects.

Stephen Fowkes (Estimator)
Joined the Company in 2010. With nearly forty years experience in the industry, Stephen trained as a quantity surveyor and has undertaken various roles including site manager, contracts manager, senior estimator and company director. Throughout his career Stephen has utilised his skills and experience industry wide and has worked in roles as both contractor and client. Stephen has in-depth technical knowledge and is pro-active where developing technologies, legislation and procurement methods are concerned.

Chris Tutin (Surveyor)
Joined the Company in 2008. Qualified to degree level, Chris initially trained as a quantity surveyor with a national house builder and subsequently gained promotion to senior land buyer. This depth and variety of experience is invaluable when carrying out a multi task role on a range of building projects. Chris employs a methodical approach to surveying and produces high quality documentation tailored to suit the requirements of the individual client.

Dianne Darby (Office Manager)
Joined the Company in 2004. With over 30 years of Industry Experience in similar roles Dianne was employed to pro-actively progress the companies administrational requirements, Dianne’s role includes sales and purchase ledger accounts, payroll, training co-ordination and systems management. Dianne’s knowledge of construction accounting and her fastidious accuracy provides a solid foundation for the administration department.

Julie Baker (Administrator)
Joined the Company in 2006. With over 20 years experience in administration and sales driven roles Julie’s main focus has been the development of a file management systems to control and monitor employee, vehicle, plant, supplier and subcontractor records. Robust data management is mission critical for a contractor working in an evolving industry. Julie continually improves and monitors data in accordance with legislation and performance criteria. Other duties include purchase ledger accounting, and assisting the estimating and contract teams with day-to-day administration.
